Orders in stock take approximately 2-5 business days to ship out.
Custom orders take 5-7 business days to ship out.
Please allow time for the postal service as once they have the package it is out of our hands.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 3 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
